    4.2.3. Legal basis of the processing

    At the end of each of these periods, the Publisher will archive these data and keep them for the time during which its responsibility may be called into question. 

    After this retention period, the Publisher undertakes to permanently delete the data of the persons concerned.

    4.3.2. Right of rectification, deletion and right to forget data

    ARTICLE 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    6.1. Legal protection of the Contents of the Site
