Shipping & Returns Policy
In order to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience, we have established a clear and transparent shipping & retunes policy for our customers.
Sales Regions: we ship our products to the following regions: United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Brazil.
Processing Time: once you place your order, we will make every effort to prepare and ship it as quickly as possible. Processing times vary from 4 to 10 days depending on the region mentioned above. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on the demand.
Returns Accepted: we accept returns only for manufacturing defects or order errors. If you have a problem with a manufacturing defect or order error. If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we will resend it at no additional charge. If the package is reported lost, we will send you a new package free of charge.
Returns not Accepted: we do not accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned above, such as size or color errors. Please check the size guide on our website carefully before placing your order.
Return Address: if you are eligible for a return, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address in your area.
Charges: we can refund your return shipping costs if you send us an official invoice detailing the charges.
Europe: please note that our garments are made to demand and are therefore not subject to the withdrawal law. However, we still accept returns if you are eligible, in accordance with our return policy mentioned above.
