Should an item be defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the first following working day.

The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety, intact, accompanied by any accessories and with the corresponding invoice. In case of exercise of the right of retraction, Hoodype® is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, except the return costs.

Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).


Conditions accepted for a return or exchange 

Damaged: We take responsibility for every item that arrives at your home damaged in transit.

Wrong address: Packages will normally be sent back to us, and we will take care of the new shipping costs.

Wrong manufacturing: We refund products with sewing errors of more than 1 inch or 3 cm depending on the measurements of the product that we indicate.

Item not received: We undertake to return items not delivered by your delivery services 30 days after the order has been placed. 

Bad impressions: Printing on demand is a manual work that can sometimes have defects, we will be happy to react accordingly for you. 


Conditions not accepted for return or exchange

Wrong size selection: We provide the exact measurements for each of our t-shirts and you are responsible for choosing your size.

Not justified: All requests for returns must be justified according to the conditions that we accept for this purpose.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Each request must be obligatorily submitted to our support with your order number and photos for the necessary conditions (Impressions, damaged items, manufacturing). Your request will be processed within the next few days.
